Saints Peter & Paul Regional School (SPPS) draws students from six feeder parishes in the Lexington area. These parishes do not have a school on their premises, hence making SPPS their parish school.

SPPS was designated a Regional Catholic School by the Diocese of Lexington in 2006. The feeder parishes are: St. Peter Church, St. Paul Church, St. Peter Claver Church, Pax Christi Church, Holy Spirit Church, and St. Luke Church.
