Our mission is to assist all children
in finding God in their lives, growing
in the awareness of God’s great love
for them through Jesus, and celebrating
this truth with endless joy as a community
of believers. This is a life-long journey!
At
St. Peter's, we offer faith formation
programs on Sunday mornings between
our two Masses from 10:00 AM -11:15
AM. Classes are available for children
aged 4 (pre-school) through high school.
Children and youth who are in sacramental
preparation for First Reconciliation
/First Communion or Confirmation attend
their preparation classes during this
time as well.
Parents
and families are the primary catechists
of children. In the home and in day-to-day
living, our young people learn their
faith. To this end, we strive to forge
a cooperative partnership between the
parish and the parents, encouraging
the parents to continue their own faith
formation by participating in adult
formation offerings.

Registration
for the 2010-2011 Faith Formation Classes
will take place from August 22 through
September 5. Classes will begin on September
12.
